encompass geospatial
Encompass Geospatial approached me to develop a refreshed visual identity that would modernise the company’s existing brand while retaining a clear connection to its name and industry.
A key requirement was incorporating a compass into the identity, providing a visual reference to navigation and geospatial services without making the branding feel overly literal or dated.
The resulting direction focused on creating a modern, clean and versatile brand identity that could work confidently across both digital and physical applications.
The project involved developing a range of branded assets, including the primary logo, business cards, letterheads, pull-up banners and PowerPoint presentation templates. I also created CPD certificate designs, ensuring that the new identity remained consistent across both everyday communications and more formal company materials.
As part of the wider rebrand, I also designed large-scale graphics for the company’s office interiors, extending the identity beyond traditional stationery and marketing materials and into the physical working environment.
the geospatial alliance
The Geospatial Alliance was formed through the collaboration of Encompass Geospatial and two other quantity surveying companies, bringing the three businesses together under a single, unified identity.
The challenge was to create a strong and professional brand that represented the new alliance while maintaining a visual connection to each of the established companies. I developed the identity by incorporating and interpreting key visual elements from each of the three existing logos, bringing them together into a cohesive design rather than creating an identity that felt disconnected from the individual businesses.
My involvement included the creation of the primary logo and supporting brand identity, along with the design of business cards and letterheads. These applications provided the foundations for a consistent professional presence across the alliance’s communications.
